Special Ops Routine

It's time for some of you out there to man up. Here is a Marine inspired routine that will test you physically and mentally, but not schedually. It will only take you about 10-15 minutes to complete but your upper body will be toast afterwards. You will perform 5 sets of each move and you will rest 30 seconds between sets.
        
Superset (perform 5 sets)

Pullups- 5 reps
Pushups- 10 reps
Chest Squeeze- 2 squeezes for 5 seconds
Hanging Leg Raises- 20 reps
